Spent time in Ft. Lauderdale from 1969-1971 and then headed to Sapphire Valley, NC from 1971-1972 doing residential developments. Moved to Raleigh, NC in 1972 and stayed for 10 years before heading to Virginia Beach, VA in 1982. Stayed in Virginia Beach until 1992 when we moved to Vero Beach and North Hutchinson Island, FL where we reside today.

I am semi-retired and my wife, Tammy, is the Executive Director of Main Street Vero Beach (www.mainstreetverobeach.org) that keeps her busy. We live primarily in Central Beach in Vero although still "camp-out" at our little condo (7th floor Oceanfront) on North Hutchinson Island (10 miles south) from time to time.

We try to vacation out of the country each year and enjoy cruises. Life has been very rewarding. We are grateful daily.
