In Memory

Stephanie Schulman (Wolf)

In Loving Memory of Stephanie Schulman Wolf.......

After school Stephanie got married & moved to New York and we had lost touch. When I had my Ticket Agency at the Marriott Hotel, I was in the hall one day & thought I recognized a woman I saw & it turned out to be Stephanie. She was working right down the hall from me as a travel agent and we then re-kindled our friendship. She then worked in sales and later became a massage therapist.

We became best friends again and saw or spoke to each other every week. A few years ago she moved to Florida where her mom and daughter live. But, we still kept in touch and spoke every week.

Last year (2007) I was talking to her & she was saying some things that did not seem right. I called the next day to see if she was okay & she told me she was fine (This was on a Wednesday) & just having some problems with her memory. I then called a mutual friend & asked her if she had spoken to Stephanie recently & she said no. So I asked her to call and she if she detected any strange responses. She did not get to call until Friday & when she did, Stephanie's son answered & said they had her in the emergency room. The next week they did surgery and about eight weeks later Stephanie died of a malignant brain tumor.

She has a daughter, Meredith and a son, Michael. Michael & his wife were adopting a baby the week Stephanie got ill and never got to see her granddaughter. Her daughter is now pregnant. I am so sad that she never got to enjoy the wonders and joys of being a grandmother.

Stephanie...We love you and miss you and you will be in my heart and thoughts always.
